MandayCharge*: USD500.00 (*Out of Pocket Expense is inclusive)
SpecialNote:
a. It is usually needed three weeks to arrangethe inspection. Intertek will do all the best to make arrangement to meet yourexpectation. We will inform you via email to propose a new audit date if it isdifferent from the requested date you specified. Under this situation, audit will be conductedafter your email endorsement.
b. Normally, the audit can be completed within aday if the number of employee of facility is not more than 4000.
c. If formal notice of cancellation orrescheduling of an on-site audit is provided by Applicant, the fee charges willbe according to below:
