感谢贵司选择了我司的TE认证服务。很遗憾的通知各位，我司TE项目的认证服务资质从2023年2月3日起被撤销。

为了尽可能减少对贵司的TE相关项目的认证状态以及后续的交易证书（Transaction Certificate，以下简称TC）办理的影响，

请贵司按照TE及认可机构IOAS的要求，在2023年5月3日之前完成认证证书（Scope Certificate,以下简称SC）的认证机构转换。

在此期间我司将按照TE的标准要求，协助贵司以及贵司确定的待转入认证机构进行SC的转换; 同时，我司将继续按照TE的标准要求

负责SC证书转出或失效前的相关客户服务包括SC证书扩项（需要额外审核的除外）以及TC证书签发服务。需要特别提醒的是，

有效期在2023年5月3日之后但未能在2023年5月3日前完成认证机构转换的SC证书将会失效。

Dear Clients,

Thank you for choosing our company for the TE certification services. However, we are sorry to inform you that our TE accreditation has been withdrawn since February 3^rd, 2023.

In order to mitigate the effects on your company’s TE related scheme’s certification status and the following Transaction Certification (TC) application,

please kindly transfer to another certification body for the Scope Certificate (SC) before May 3^rd, 2023 according to the requirement of TE and the accreditation body IOAS.

During this period, we will assist your company and the certification body to which you will transfer for the SC transfer according to TE standard requirements, meanwhile,

we will continue to offer client management services including issuing transaction certificates and SC scope extension (without additional auditing required)

before the transfer or expiration of SC according to TE standard requirements. Please note that the SC will be invalid if the certification body transfer hasn’t been completed

before May 3^rd, 2023 even if the SC validation is after May 3^rd.
